Arri ALEXA Mini LF

Further to our last large format blog post featuring the Sony Venice & the Red Monstro we now have an additional third option for you if you wish to shoot large format.

 Our camera floor in Hoxton has now received a number of the new, highly awaited camera from Arri, the ever-popular workhorse the Mini now has a big brother – the ALEXA Mini LF

This camera is Optimized for large-format lenses, it has a new mount, the LPL mount which accepts the new ARRI Signature Primes which we also took delivery of from our friends in Germany.

Don’t panic you can still use PL lenses via an adaptor from LPL to PL, the lenses can be full-frame or Super 35, with coverage obviously dependent on the individual lens – we can help with this or you can use this really handy tool from CVP
